Horrible. Package came in 3 weeks late and they just left the big pallet in the street. Terrible. Can’t stress terrible enough, do not do business with them!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. SEE UPDATE. cheap service, but leave yourself a few extra days on your shipments. Scheduled a freight shipment on 04/27(fri) for a pick up on 05/01(Mon). Have to call in (05/03)Wednesday morning to figure out if they plan on picking it up since they no called no showed. All i received was an apology email from them Tuesday night. UPDATE: Wednesday morning I called in and they said my freight shipment would be bumped up to some "hot" category. End of day comes by and they no called no showed. Called back and they basically told me too bad so sad, nothing is "guaranteed" is all they told me, we will get your shipment when the driver is in your area. Blacklisting central freight from my shipping options for freight. I hope you do the same and save yourself some headache. They wasted a weeks worth of my customers time and luckily this shipment wasn't a rush to receive. Thank god there are other options than Central Freight.

They take more freight than they can handle. Don't use them unless you can wait 2-3 extra days to get your packages.

TOTALLY WORTHLESS!!!!!! THEY MISSED MY FRIDAY DELIVERY AND ON MONDAY DELIVERED 5 PALLETS OF MINE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. NOW THEY CANT FIGURE OUT WHERE THEY WENT.
