T-Mobile

I have been a Sprint customer for 5 years or more, I have built a relationship with paying my bill on time & solely using them for any of my cell phone needs. My daughter was due for an upgrade on her IPhone, they wanted me to pay off the balance of $119, and for her to get a new phone they wanted a $600 deposit!!!! I have never heard of such a thing, nor have I ever had to put such a large deposit down on a phone especially after building a relationship with the company. They said it is T-mobile rules since they bought Sprint!!! It is such a rip off, needless to say she left without a new phone after they asked her what color and laid it right in front of her!!!! I guess dedicated customers mean nothing to this company, especially during these hard times with the Pandemic. Time to shop around, other companies are helping their customers and T-mobile is only thinking of lining their pockets! So disappointing!

Excellent customer service. Explained to guy on phone issue and it would take me at least an hour to get there . He told me repair servicwe closed at 6 but no problem if im a little late. great people. highly recommend. ill drive the extra mile and time for the service i received. keep up the good work.

Waited 2 months for my phone to get fixed through insurance had nothing but issues trying to get it replaced they gave me a loner phone that barely works and I was promised the repair would only cost 99-125 dollars come to find out it’s 225 dollars terrible customer service when you pay half the price of the cost of the phone you own a year they did nothing but waste multiple hours of my time would not recommend this place to anyone

I had two issues with my phone. One was a cracked screen. I was in and out in ten minutes tops. Thank you so much Washington, PA Sprint.
