It's quick easy and done. The workers are very helpful and friendly

Long wait ,no greetings upon arrival. No loyalty benefits - get roped in w promotional prices & benefits then prices rise. Charge arm n leg if u need a tech to come to house & they want working ppl (which u have 2b 2afford them) to make an appointment thats 4hour time window. Do not feel comfortable at this location at all. I will say that the 2x i was there to return equipment that was taken care of (1x was 4me 1x 4another). Also ,my other situation was somewhat taken care of . By writing this review they will probably have a negative impact on my service. Ughh

Would not recommend their phone service it’s terrible. Terrible coverage and way overpriced. The customer service is impossible to contact.

The customer service is great. The waiting time is not the best but is worth the wait to talk to a human.

No personal contact with people just a computer and text, no help when your service is bad
