If they had negative star counts I'd probably give a minus 10. This store and company is ridiculous. First of all it's based out of the Philippines. So good luck trying to resolve your issues. To make a very long story, and I do mean long, short.. after 3 trips to this location, over three hours on the phone with 5 different people, and a representative that proceeded to inform me that it wasn't job to babysit her district manager, my issue still isn't resolved. My suggestion would be to run! Not walk, RUN!!!!

Got a phone case and a screen protector from there. Waited 20 minutes. Not mad at the wait but I'm mad that he didn't put it on right and I got bubbles at the top of it. So I live in canonsburg so I went to the canonsburg store because I didn't want to mess it up and they told me there's nothing they can do and I'd have to buy a new one!? Rediculous! All they want is you to spend spend spend! If it was put on the correct way the first time I wouldn't have this problem! Matter of fact if I would of just did it myself I wouldn't of had this problem.

I hate this store and the service. I bought 2 phones for $400 and they broke within days they wouldn't honor the insurance i purchased on the phones and on top of that they were giving away for free the same phones I purchased just a week prior.

Helped me upgrade my mobile data plan while on a road trip, honest and know their stuff !!
