QRS is such an amazing company and has such wonderful employees. Everything in the shop is done to the next level of professionalism and expertise to ensure the product is perfect and the customer is blown away. After traveling all the way from West Palm Beach in Florida, visiting this company was the best decision I've ever made. QRS and QRS employees are a perfect example of how a business should be run. Thank you Mark, Frank, Lori, Tom and everyone on the QRS team for the experience of a lifetime!

We recently attended a QRS class to install player systems they provide. They gave us a tour of their facility and showed us the kind of family oriented business they are. We highly recommend them for sales and service because they treat you like family when you deal with them. The Hamilton Piano company is fortunate to have them as a supplier of fine instruments and player systems. We will be doing business with them for many years to come and I personally want to thank Mark, Frank, Dan and Steve for training us and sharing their knowledge of QRS pianomantion systems. Also I want to thank Lori and Tom and the rest of the company for treating us like family.

I will not review the company because I cannot give an unbiased opinion. I will only give my opinion as a long-time employee and say that it is a great company and they treat their employees very well. It is exciting to work where a lot of time and energy is spent looking forward and developing new and unique products and technologies.

This innovative and forward-thinking company has an amazing and highly supportive personnel. The technology they have developed is ground-breaking and will revolutionize the very important pedagogical aspect of piano culture I.e. their Pianoscan Studio that enables the musician to record, upload, share, and monitor their progress. Any serious pianist MUST have the tools they offer as they open a whole new territory of inspiration and artistic stimulation. If that weren’t enough their music library FAR eclipses that of other self-playing systems - the have 10,000 songs! Their app has tools to tweak any performance to the users preferences of even that of the most discerning audiophile. And if THAT weren’t enough they offer a PORTABLE player system - no piano modification necessary. I am a piano technician of 20 years and I am so grateful for their crucial contribution to the hallowed institution that is piano.
