Went in for a mani the first time.. Was decent and treatment was fairly ok.. Nails lasted 3 or so days tho.nWent back in MONTHS later to get a pedi and was probably worst time of my life an not relaxing whatsoever. Chairs are broken, forced into things you dont want and also over charged and charged for wrong things. My mom ended with a bleeding foot and so many more issues. Highly DO NOT RECCOMEND

I didn't plan well in making an appointment at another place for a full & desperately needed one. So I decided to try this place. The drilling burned so bad. The nail shapes were so inconsistent! They weren't a coffin shape I clearly had before, they weren't all square either. I had round left corners and abrupt square right corners on the same nail. The acrylic was so thick too. I showed her examples of what I wanted and she chose a super vibrant hot pink color instead of a lighter pastel pink color. I didn't care enough to tell her it's not the color I wanted. So, so disappointed. I went here to get my nails done a month ago. Great job. I went again today with my 18 YO granddaughter. The lady who had previously done my nails was not there today. First out of approximately 5 girls only one could apply acrylic nails which my granddaughter wanted. It would be approximately 5 hours before they could do her acrylics. They talked her into just getting gel on her own nails. They have an extension cord running across the floor under the customer chairs. Every time I moved it pulled the plug out and turned out the lights to the stands. They cut 3 of my granddaughters fingers. (no discount). They were not able to give the kind of nail design or color my granddaughter desired. My own nails were not what I asked for. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Oh! The pedicures went fine.
