Everyone at Snake River has been great to work with. We had some issues, but they were quick to work with us to get it resolved. JJ has been a pleasure to work with and make sure that we are having a great experience with our new hot tub, especially being new owners. Johnny was fantastic in making sure that we understood how to use out hot tub and keep it maintained to keep it in good working order and to get the most out of our hot tub. We use the new hot tub every night and sleep so much better. The customer service (both before and after the sale) has been the best and top notch. We will never purchase a spa from any business other than Snake River Pool and Spa.

Could not have been happier! Friendly and professional staff! Mike was incredible to work with very knowledgeable and met all of our needs/wants and all in our price range! Mike has also continued to keep in contact with us to make sure everything has been working great months later! So happy we chose Snake River Pool and Spa!
We bought our spa with the help of Lynnette. She made it easy to understand how to care for our spa from the start. After meeting us after business hours one time to provide us with the circuit box we needed, we were sold!
The crew at Snake River were fabulous to work with. They took away our old spa and installed the new one very efficiently. The lights on the inside and outside are beautiful and the jets are magic! We have used the new spa every night and sleep so much better. The customer service (both before and after the sale) has been wonderful. The sound system is perfect and is just icing on the cake! We would never purchase a spa from any business other than Snake River Pool and Spa.
