Super friendly super helpful. I went in for a quick trip to buy a new charger for my IPad. I was in the area on business and forgot mine at home. I didn't have to look for anything a very nice young lady was very helpful. She even found me a discounted charger that had been open but saved me like 9 dollars. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy in Twin Falls Idaho!
Just left store as I went to buy a new phone as customer service was awesome last time I purchased there. I guess when you are more concerned with putting stock away as opposed to waiting on customers then you lost my businessnNot just one person but 3. SMH...the only nice thing about visit was the friendly guy greeter. I didn't want to go off on him due to the 3 ladies in phone area way too busy for a $1300 sale
