I had absolutely great service while transferring from Sprint in August. Since then I'm pretty disgusted with the service. My associate apparently signed me up for a plan that I was not eligible for and it is now November and I have yet to get anything resolved. The mall store manager has promised to work on this issue, but has never called me back and has never returned my calls. If you try to call the store line you either can't get through, get a busy signal, the store picks up the line and hangs up without a greeting or if you leave a message no one calls back. When I asked to speak with the next level up I was told they can't give that information out. I've tried to be patient but this has been ridiculous!
I transferred from Verizon to get a better phone with 5G serviceand I got exactly what I wanted! I am very happy with my phone and great service! Great place!
These guys are great. Upper management down, they took great care of me and went out of their way to help. Would give 10 stars if I could!
I recently got set up with new phones and T-Mobile service for my whole family. The team at T Mobile in the mall was incredible. I worked with several of them. They were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.They were determined to deliver superb customer service. The transition from Verizon to T-Mobile was seamless. Fallon is an unbelievable manager! Great team!!!
This is the only place that I like to go to. The people there are friendly, helpful and professional. I left them for AT&T 4 months ago and deeply regretted it do the lack of customer service quality anyone could ask for. I am back with T-Mobile and boy did I get treated with respect. Excellent customer service and the plans and offers were too great to pass up. Go there and ask for Bryson. He doesn't BS and he knows everything. A very honest man. T-Mobile is best
