We switched over to Sprint from Verizon as our Verizon bill was $306 and the sprint bill was going to be $270 with and extra line. One year later and the plans we had are now promotional which they didn't tell us and they want to now charge us $352 a month. I called right away and made adjustments to the plan and took insurance off my iwatch. I was told the new monthly price would be $290 so I was shocked at a bill for $352. The other thing was that we were told if we signed up with a credit union sprint would give us $100 per line right away and at the end of the first year $50 per line. We received our $400 but now they are only giving us $100 total on the start of the second year. It was supposed to be $200 so we are missing $100. One thing I can say is that you have to be extremely careful when dealing with this store. I don't like to say this but they are not honest. They will say what they want to get your business and most importantly not tell you things. Don't fall for them saying they are cheaper.

Had some service issues and wanted to upgrade my phone the manager was AMAZING she was on the phone getting us what we needed and deserved and she was kind and so helpful and helped us get it all squared away!!! 10 stars for her and her other employees because they spent hours trying to get everything sorted!!

I received outstanding customer support at this Sprint location today. After visiting the Blue Lakes branch first, I stopped at this location near the mall and got my issues resolved.nnIsaiah at this location was awesome!!! He was knowledgeable, patient, seemed to genuinely care about my phone issues, and was determined to help me address every last bit of them. Talk about a problem-solver! Isaiah didn't give up despite the number of failures. He could have easily told me I was out of luck; but, instead, he accepted the daunting challenge and didn't give up until it was fully resolved. His customer service exceeded what I expected--particularly, in an age where most customer service is absent at best. Thank you, Isaiah, for helping me today!!nnThis was the first time I've been to this location. This will now be my default store where I refer others.nnIf you want to be taken care of, GO SEE ISAIAH at the Pole Line Rd Sprint store.

Walked in to no Hello or welcome of any sort. Literally standing in the same spot for last 15 min and no one has said a word to me. Ridiculous, I used to be a rep in a store also and I felt extremely rude if a customer came in and didn’t receive an immediate welcome or acknowledgement. Been waiting for and extended amount of time and the reps don’t seem to know what the hell their doing...great experience
