Terrible customer service...nWent in to return some unopened phone cases bought from this store with receipt..nLady in the store says you can't return something bought there because I'm not a T-Mobile service customer.. what is that.. it's a phone case why do I have to be a service customer to return a phone case.nThe workers told me I could return them with in 14 days if I didn't like them...nTerrible terrible service.

Tish, Ariel and nereida were so friendly and helpful and got us all hooked up. Answered any and all of our many questions without complaint!!! Love it!!

This will be my 10th year with sprint my family and business partners use sprint services. I upgraded my phone today with the Samsung galaxy A51 and the staff were so very helpful and professional, they eliminated the stress of transferring data and uploading everything to my new phone. job well done...thank you!
