My boss stopped by to update my (employee) phone at this store. The sales rep we worked with, Dodie, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us upgrade our plan, and showed us some new features to help our business run smoothly. We've had great support from her when we've had to troubleshoot, and I'm super happy with my upgraded phone!

This was my first visit to TCC St. Clair. Dodie was very helpful & knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for all my future wireless needs.

Thursday I ended up having to take my phone down due to water damage so that they could try to dry it out with their machine unfortunately I ended up needing a new phone. I went down on Saturday and I had help picking out a phone that was just right for me from Dodie Fetterolf a very wonderful understanding, and friendly lady I ended up leaving with a new phone in my budget and very satisfied☺ufe0f Dodie always goes above and beyond for me/ other customers, I have never had a bad experience dealing with Dodie.

Well first off I had to go here 2 days in a row, now that said listen to my experience before you judge. The first day I went to this sore I was in need of a new phone. The manager Jon was there to assist me. He made sure that the phone I wanted was in stock before we even got started. Though the process was slow I blame technology for that one not the store, I had a pleasant experience making small talk with Jon and another employee (I'm sorry I forgot your name) Jon also was able to hook me up with a free tablet for adding a line. When I got home the tablet appeared to be malfunctioning (hence the second visit). The back light on it kept flashing on and off making unusable. So I went back to this location and they replaced it with no problems no holdups and no restocking fee. So all in all I had a great experience and now have a phone and tablet that work perfectly. Can't ask for more!
