Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC

I was helped by Trevor around a week ago I told him I wanted a certain phone but after explaining what I need it for we determined together that maybe it wasn’t the best fit for me. He was insanely informative and knew prices and information about the phones right off the top of this head. He got me into the right phone that does everything I need it to do. He didn’t BS me and he was quick making it very painless and simple even while answering questions from fellow coworkers and being a team player is somthing I love to see. He definitely won me over! I will be coming back in the future!

We had a great shopping experience with Jessica! She was very quick and efficient. We walked out of the store within 15 minutes with a new phone! Thank you so much Jessica for all your help!

We went in thinking about upgrading our phone, purchasing a phone for our son and we were treated with the utmost respect by John and the store manager (did not catch her name). They could have tried to sell us the most expensive items but he discussed our needs and matched our needs with the best items. I highly recommend the his place, top notch service!

It’s such a laid back atmosphere while remaining professional. I also love the layout and how clean the store was. I worked with Trevor and he answered any question I had. at one point everyone in the building was talking and sharing a laugh. Idk everyone’s names but they were funny and laid back while remaining professional.
