Staples

Asked for help with printer cartridges as soon as we walked in store. There was a whopping 2 customers in the store. Waited 10 mins, no one came. Store was empty at that point. This not the first time ive gone into that store and not received help after asking. The people don't seem friendly at all. Shouldn't be hard to give good customer service. I took my business and got cartridges at best buy in Middletown. Had to drive but was welcomed with a smile as soon as i entered and helped immediately. I'll never shop in this store again.

Great place to get supplies if you have a office or workplace, also just as good for school supplies. They also have tech to buy.

Its ok, it's your average Staples I would have to tell you. There were some better sale prices around the storage section today I noticed (like SD cards, USB, etc.). It's conveniently located right off the highway (84) in Matamoras, but there's been some road work going on FYI. Thanks.

I often go to Staples to do my printing. Sometimes it's a large poster-size advertisements a lot of graphic lot of color, sometimes it's documents, sometimes it's simply letters or files. No matter what I go to Staples for I feel confident that what I asked for is going to come out the way I wanted if not better. Patrick that has been helping me lately is absolutely magnificent at what he does really cares about his work and cares about what the client thinks. That is an admirable quality and I'm sure to be going back to the matamoras Staples. Thank you Patrick!!!
