Brang my Dell G3 laptop here for a BIOS problem and the guy there told me straight forward that 9 times out of 10 you cant fix it, which I thank him for being honest. In the end he dropped the diagnostic charge of $69 after looking at it and just told me that I could contact Dell to try and get this fixed, or that he could fix it but it would cost alot in labor which is a little pricy but it’s definitely worth it. I think it was really nice that he gave me multiple solutions and not just to pay for his service. In the end, I left with $5 worth of Star Wars comics and will probably coming back if Dell can’t help me. They also had alot of Blu-Rays, DVDs and NES games! The guy was really nice, honest with me and was really helpful! I definitely recommend going here for help with your computer and for other cool stuff!

They are very informative, have loads of DVDs for reasonable prices. They have taken my old computer to recycle properly for me. They took old cables an ethernet cable. They took my old direct tv box to dispose of properly. They are trusting and friendly!

Needed money to make sure my children and I had a Thanksgiving, was feeling very low,was treated with respect,and received a reasonable amount of money for my items. I was so greatful I even brought some of my Thanksgiving dinner.I have also been back a couple of more times to buy items myself.

I went in today to get help with downloading my pictures from my iphone to computer, and all he said was “ download iTunes “ and i asked him how i do that, and his reply was “ i get paid for this stuff “ and walked away.nVery poor customer service. Wasn’t even willing to help me.
