The one sole reason i have for giving them one star is for their timing with filling a prescription. Birth control pills are 28 count. It is not hard to count 21 PINK PILLS and 7 brown pills. Unless there’s other technical things. Then whatever BUT: I texted for a refill at 1:00 pm yesterday. I expected it to he done around 2:00-2:30. Now, I know lunch breaks is taken to consideration HOWEVER as human beings we have the ability to COUNT and then MULTIPLY or whatever. I would think it’s simple. The point being: It was not until 4:00 that I had gotten my refill. I would honestly prefer it if they were a bit quicker and considered possibilities such as whether or not I was in a rush or something. Not only that I didn’t get a notification that the refill was ready until after I had called and gotten it. And that was at 6. What is so hard about counting pills? It’s simple math.
The staff here is extremely rude not helpful. I have specific thing with my medication that it even says on the bottle I’m allowed 3 a day 4 if necessary and they would not refill my prescription even tho it is due and my dr sent the script over. They blocked my phone number and won’t pick it up. The lady that was working was named Michelle and she has no right to do that. She would not even refill my inhalers which is insane I get 3 because I have lung problems and severe asthma attacks. The people that work there need to be educated and stop thinking that they a drs.
They never have prescriptions filled when they say they will. I waited two hours tonight to pick up my refill that the automated phone system said would be ready at 5:45pm. Unapologetically, the staff had a whole line of people waiting for long lengths of time. I will no longer have my 'scripts filled here.
Very helpful staff. Never have a problem with prescriptions.
