He Went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET INTO MY GOOGLE ACOUNT I HAD FOR ABOUT 11 YEARS ALL MY PICTURES WAS BACKED UP IN IT AND HE GOT ME INNNN.. I WAS SO HAPPY AND SATISFIED.. CAUSE HE DIDNT HAVE TO DO WHAT HE DID.. THANK YOU...

The staff are no better than those scammers singular on lehigh. They lie about a promotion rebates jus to sell you a device. Then give you the run around to speak to a manager who is never there and will never call you back.

DONT GO..THEY WILL GET U FOR UR MONEY..THEY GOT MY DAD MORE THEN THREE TIME..IT NOT RIGHT AT ALLL..

Staff much more knowledgeable but the stock of three different phones were OUT. Couldn't upgrade 3 different phones. Bad stock. Can't do anything but pay a bill with a $3.00 fee. Really.

This store is has excellent customer service. They answered all of my questions and gave me an excellent deal on the phone that I wanted. Plus with the unlimited everything plan, you can't go wrong. Definitely better than Sprint. (They earned that name because everybody SPRINTS away from them eventually) I'd rather pay $30 for unlimited everything than have them thieves charge me $600 just to have an Iphone.
