I’m very disappointed the woman I spoke to took all my information over the phone and she gave me a delivery date and time frame so I had someone come sit at the house the delivery never shows no phone call. So I call the store and then they proceed that I need to come to the store and finalize so the lady I spoke to dropped the ball by not telling me that when I spoke to her the first time very unprofessional all they want is to take your money cause she didn’t forget to ask for my credit card information. So let me help you if you decide to rent from rent a center and get a delivery date there’s more to it than that.

Please don't waste your time renting from them. First of all, we were promised a delivery date on Tuesday...no one came. When we called they said someone from another store was supposed to come to deliver it. They rescheduled for Wendesday, and we got the same BS story. They rescheduled AGAIN for Thursday, and I still had to call and got the SAME story. When they finally delivered the dryer, it didnt come with an exhaust vent!!! Why would you not include the exhaust vent which is EXTREMELY important for a dryer??? Or why wouldn't tell the customer UP FRONT that it didnt come with it, so they can purchase it before the delivery?! Just horrible service! Needless to say, we are returning the merchandise.

I bought a sofa and loveseat from this Rent-A-Center 4 months ago two months at the heaviness in my apartment I noticed a bed bug. I had to pay $325 to have an exterminator come out to exterminate my living room. Before the the Exterminator got started he was showing me where they maybe hiding he tore off the bottom cover of the sofa and loveseat and so many dead bed bugs fell out I couldn't believe what I was seeing he asked me have I sprayed and I said no I said I just bought this set from Rent-A-Center he said the bugs came with it because if I didn't spray why would it be dead bed bugs in the bottom of the couch that he hadn't even started to spray yet which means whoever they rented this furniture out to Prior had bed bugs and when I went to buy the furniture set from them which was Cash and Carry. I went back to complain to the manager about the set that I bought from them that was infested with bed bugs all she could say to me is the guy that does the deliveries check the furniture before it's sold like he's not a professional when it comes down to bed bugs because he didn't see any doesn't mean they weren't there these so-called steam clean the furniture before sending it out but again that doesn't kill all the bugs. I took a loss I was going to pursue it but that would have consumed too much of my time which I didn't have. Ceuta the other consumer customers out there beware of buying furniture from Rent-A-Center you will regret it.
