Shady business. They try to add non-sense fees and features that you dont need and without your knowledge. I bought a $50 phone ($250 value) on a promotion. They charged me tax on the $250 value. I went to Cricket Wireless with the same deals, and the tax is on $50. Shady and Rip off!!! Make sure you look at the detail Bills because I found out they added stupid fees to rip you off. Or just go elsewhere.

I don't know how it got five stars from other reviewers because the female that I incounter at the store today do not have no manners whatsoever don't have no information can help you with anything and the only answer she has is I only work here like basically bish don't know s*** and rude like she's not trying to hear anything you trying to say and help.

They are liars... I went in to pay my bill and upgrade my phone which I did... The two young ladies offered me a phone case and screen protector and realized they didn't have any in stock and told me to return the following week to recieve the screen protector... I came back the girl dyed her hair red and acted like she didn't recognize me or my children then she remembered me but insisted I wasn't owed one and would have to purchase one... I'll never shop here or pay my bill here againud83dudc81ud83dudcaf
