As a former employee and customer at this store I would advise strongly to stay away from there. Currently it has been discovered that mice are living somewhere in the back of the store where most of the ice cream, apples, and food is stored and made. No effort was made to get rid of the mice by the owner. Not only that the ghea (the thing that holds all of the ice creams) is wide open for the crew members to scoop ice cream out of. However many many flies land in the ice cream and nothing is done about it. Lastly, when closing the store we are never told to close or seal the mix-ins or toppings you can add into your ice cream. Therefore all those toppings and candies sit out all day and all night exposed to the air, flies, and probably the mice.nDue to these disgusting facts and poor management I quit working here.

i used to work here, and i have to say that it has gone significantly downhill in the short time i was there. management is a joke; they do not take their employees' personal lives into consideration, and would constantly schedule us on days we asked off. the manager would contact us at 11 pm, or later. she would expect employees that were injured to do the same tasks as everyone else. this manager is in her twenties, making up rumors about the staff, most of us being in high school, and she has been outright rude not only to the employees, but customers as well. there were no problems under our old management yet they now refuse to take any responsibility for problems they may have caused. we are in the midst of a pandemic, and although corporate requires masks, the local management doesn't enforce it whatsoever. they also do not wear gloves when handling food, which i believe is against health code, and disgusting either way. and this is probably the worst part-- at one point there was a mouse living in the store, and as far as i know, very minimal effort was made to get rid of it. quitting was one of the best decisions i've made, and i'd advise anyone else to stay away as well.

It was ok. It seem like the person who helped us was annoyed I know I can't make up my mind so I believe she was annoyed about that. My kids loved it.

The ice cream itself is the best around. We love the creamy texture and all the toppings mixed in, that is the best part. But man, the staff can't get it right. We have ordered 3 times through Uber Eats and we have not had one order correct. The last order was 9 ice creams, you know how much that costs! 4 of them were wrong. It is like the choose what they wanted to add to each ice cream. They made us drive back there and gave us 2 of the 4 ( we didn't want to wait for the other two). I guess you can say they tried to make it right with us, but the whole point in ordering delivery is to not go to the store. And this was one of 3 wrong orders.

Ordered on door dash today clearly my receipt says I ordered 1x create your own everybody’s witch over door dash with tip is around $27 yes expensive but worth it when your drunk. Well they decided to do 2x and charge me twice so it came out two $54 Way to go cold so. I can show you the receipt
