I went in on a saturday morning and it was very busy and Courtney was there all by herself. She never lost her cool and managed to help several customers at the same time. I received my new phone and the transfer from my old phone was a breeze. Was entertaining watching Courtney handle all that by herself.

Never again. Went to get a new phone, got it, but the person selling had NO idea how to answer my questions. No help. Got 1/2 my contacts, had no idea where to look for info about phone, didn't know about insurance, got NOTHING for promotion, even though Verizon offers incentives, Russell doesn't. NO POINT IN GOING.VERY disappointing.

Very quick and friendly service. Answered all questions I had with knowledge of each subject. Would recommend
