Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC

Verizon was good at first, but I don’t know.. this please seems like a rip off. You miss one phone payment and explain to them your situation and they do nothing about it but just make it more complicated to pay your bill. I have yet to be able to speak to someone about getting my account signed into the Verizon app because I can never get through to anyone. I honestly would have went to a different phone plan if I knew Verizon was going to cause this much stress.

Ronny, Scott, and Landon were both extraordinarily helpful and a lot of fun! Ronny helped me find a phone that fit my needs and was actually below my specified price range...and he skillfully (and patiently!) transferred data from my old broken phone to my new one. Thanks guys, great experience!

We were in to have data transferred from our old phones, get screen protectors, and buy a case for a phone. Nevin was extremely competent and helpful. While waiting on us he was also trying to assist another customer who was having trouble transferring service from another carrier. We were extremely happy to find this Verizon store open, and couldn't have had better service from Nevin!

I was just at this Verizon location & Zach helped me start a new plan, he was so helpful, answered all my questions and I gave me the best deal! 10/10 would recommend
