Due to Covid theres barely anything there. Not their fault. Damn covid...

I received excellent service when purchasing a new mobile phone. The transaction required some problem solving on the part of my sales rep. He also engaged me in a good conversation (baseball) while uploading files from old to new phones.nnInventories seemed low on my initially desired product and accessory. I attribute that to the Best Buy supply chain and not the sales staff.

Was told facility was short staffed and certain departments were appointment only. Multiple staff members throughout the store were available - quick glance, I noticed 6+ employees not attending customers but standing around.nnWill re consider future visits and purchases from this location.

Class act. Once ya get in the door. My problems with my pc was addressed and solved with professionalism. Highly recomended..
