Not really a bad experience, but not great either. Kind of awkward overall.nn*Edit*nLeaving the original review, I ended up needing to cancel my order. I called the service line and they got the rep from the Rexburg store to respond to me and we got everything done over the phone. When I got there late in the day (maybe five minutes before close) I was able to walk and out and be done within a few minutes. Major props to them for making it ezpz.

The customer service is the seriously the best out there. They will help you with all of your questions and concerns.

I love Porter's office supply. I have the best Sales rep and the best delivery guy ever. My Sales rep always helps me find items when I am having trouble finding them. He orders right away and I usually get them the next business day. I have been approached by others in my office to try another new company but NO WAY...I don't want to lose the Great service I have with Porters Office Supply from Rexburg, ID.
