Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless

I went in for the first time for help and to ask a couple questions about upgrading my phone. They were not helpful at all and quite honestly were not interested in helping me. Originally I am from Illinois and Verizon always had great customer service there but here it was marginal. I would recommend going to a different location.

Micah was very helpful with the transition from boost to Verizon, going so far to allow me to use his phone to call boost the make the process smoother. 10/10 would recommend
