Poor inventory. I gues cause covid 19
I'm giving this store five stars because the people and the service were just excellent. Unfortunately, they didn't have what we were looking for. The prices were a little higher than other Marshalls and the selection was a little bit off. The store was fairly clean and well organized. it would have been four stars if it wasn't for the good service.
Very nice experience today! Staff was helpful. Didn't have to wait outside in line. And the check out line moved quickly! They have a nice selection of fall/winter items as well!ud83cudf3b
Maybe they're short on staff? Currently the lines just seem to be a little too long for my liking. Sometimes I just want to stop by during work- break to return the items, get my money back, and go-- but I find myself planning out a time and day to go when it is slower.
Limited selection, likely due to recently reopening. The women's section isn't very well organized. Also, I had to report a woman for opening packages and testing skincare products on her bare skin. That's gross under normal circumstances, but particularly now when hygiene is so vital. The sales associate or manager acted quickly, so that was good.
