I usually have a great time at this store but one of the managers said something really rude to the woman checking me out and it made me uncomfortable. She was correcting the employee for not calling for back up because there were more than 3 people in line. It's important to treat your employees with respect and even more important to make sure customers don't hear you treating them rudely. It reminded me of the awful bosses I worked for and I felt very sad for this woman. If you must correct someone show them some respect and do it in private.
I couldn't find what I went there for. The staff was very helpful looking for the product and asked each other and offered to order it online and have it delivered to my house.
This is a great store. Plenty of parking and handicapped friendly. Bring you ideas and browse. I guarantee you will find many items you may be looking for to decorate and improve your home environment. Also If you are looking for a birthday gift, anniversary present, or a wedding gift this store is the place. If you are newly weds and you are building your little nest starting out this place has wonderful items for you to start. Maybe a blender, a coffee maker, a juicer for healthy living, a microwave. How about pots and pans and a new knife set. Yep, they have it all. I Love the quality also.nnMy Soulmate and I highly recommend this store.
Very upset with the online service of BB&B. Bought a set of 4 flutes, and received only 1 flute! Called the call center and the only thing they did to help me was to refund 3/4 of the price I payed for the set. Now tell me, what am I suppose to do with only one flute? they could at least had offered to send me a set (with the 4 flutes) that I tried to buy and because of their mistake and never received.
Gret store, amazing amount and variety of products. Love this store!
