Kevin who waited on me was fantastic, I say this because I went to 2 other Verizon stores for the storage issue with my Motorola. He solved my problem for $30.00 instead of what the other stores wanted to get me to buy. He was fast and I will go back anytime I need anything. Adios Cedar City and hello Ely!
My experience at the Ely, Nevada Verizon Store was truly delightful. Mikaylah was knowledgeable and positive- really a joy to encounter. Good job, Verizon, for finding such a wonderful employee! PS: I love my new phone:)
Very helpful and the store was nice
The ladys there seemed to know what they are talking about.Had trouble with the charging of my phone bought a new charger didn't do any good.Has to be the phone.But I sure can't afford a new one with this pandemic going on.Wish they were cheaper.
