Great place to find what you need in a small town
I bought a loveseat that when delivered had a small tear on the back. Apparently the delivery guys took pictures when they unpacked it. I was not here when it arrived and my husband accepted delivery. It was right before the holidays and I never got a chance to call. I was so pleasantly surprised when the manager of the store called me to make it right. I couldn’t help but ask how he even knew about it. He said his delivery guys took pictures when they were at my home( my husband forgot to mention that). Within a week they ordered a new one from the factory and delivered it to my home in Eureka! Now that’s customer service! This is where we will shop for furniture and appliances from now on. Thank you
They are great and very willing to help with whatever you may need. A little pricey but that's what you get in a sml town.
They are very friendly. They also have very nice furniture and televisions.
