I hired Alliance to move us from a 2-bedroom apartment in Spokane to a 3-bedroom apartment in Coeur d' Alene Paul and Angel showed up right on schedule and go to work hauling our stuff down from a second-floor apartment. In 2 hours they had their truck loaded. We met them 40 minutes later at our new place. They must have eaten lunch on the way because as soon as they got here they started hauling our stuff up two flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. They worked steady, with one 5-minute break and got it all upstairs in about 3 hours.nnI got tired just watching them work. They were pleasant and professional. For sure, we'll use them againon our next move.
Really great workers, were very neat and careful with the furniture. Very respectful. Unfortunately I have to give 4 stars cause they did show up almost an hour late then scheduled and unfortunately pushed me later into work. But overall a really great business with reliable people.nnAnd for anybody who chooses this company pleaaaaaase make sure you talk thoroughly and ask as much questions as you can! Your paying them from the time they leave there building to the time they get back! It’s not from the time they get to your place and the time they get there and unload everything. So they add an extra 30 minutes. And for anybody paying with cards they charge an extra 3%. Which isn’t bad. It could be worse. But I kind of wish I asked more questions. Other than that they are really sweet people.
They did a great job. Handled several different pickup locations and delivered on time. We recommend them.
Paul and Angel were amazing. I can't recommend this company enough. Bob worked with on rearranging move twice with understanding and efficiency. I will never recommend any other company besides this one. Thank you so much ALLIANCE for making my move so easy during a stressful time!!!!
Right on time, fast, and knowledgeable. Even helped me put together some stuff they didnt need to and they were chipper and upbeat even though the weather was pretty awful. Thanks guys!
