The new approach is friendly and helpful and is greatly improved from years past. The selection is always good and they are open and honest about time frames and options. Very comfortable to do business with. Steve was the right mix of knowledgeable and helpful without crowding us and very flexible with our wish list! Went in during a sale looking for a bunk bed. With 2020, other stores had 8 week wait. Walkers had them in stock and able to be delivered same week. Great customer service, attentive.
