Complete Suite Furniture and Mattress

Staff was nice enough and so was the salesman, but he kept trying to add more. After I made my purchase, he actually pushed the promised delivery date out a month, but I just shrugged my shoulders and went with it because I wanted the furniture. Was promised 4-6 weeks on a couch and told I couldn't return it because I ordered a smaller version of the sectional. Took almost 8 weeks and they delivered the wrong couch that takes up my entire living room so that I can't get into it. They left it because they had other stuff on the truck to deliver so now I can't use my Livingroom. I called and left messages online and told dispatch and the delivery guys agreed it was the wrong thing. Called and some guy told me the salesman was out and I might have to wait til Saturday to speak to him or maybe the manager might call me tomorrow. What is that?! Horrible service. I want my money back! And my living room

Great selection. Salesman were helpful but their purchase process is hard for the average consumer to understand. If you want to buy soemthing you can't pick it up and have to have it delivered. If its in stock it can be 2 weeks from the warehouse. If not, who knows. Overall id still recommend people here for furniture because their selection is wide and varied

I highly recommend this furniture store! Wonderful deals, kind sales team and large selection. My husband and I ordered our first bedroom set through them and due to the pandemic there are some delays with a few pieces in the set. They’ve worked with us to accommodate our needs and I’m very impressed with their customer service. 10/10

Complete Suite has a great selection! The sales guy Matt B. that I dealt with was very good looking, smelled wonderful, and was very helpful.nnI was trying to find a night stand but ended up with a strong relationship. All of the unarmed chairs I found were very comfortable, but the went against everything I stand for. Ended up buying a small couch that is built for royalty, sofa king comfy!

Matt helped us out with our first couch purchasing experience! We had already looked at a few places, but the experience at this store stood out the most. BEST customer service, prices, and choices in our opinion.
