Excellent service! I purchased a Lazy Boy recliner from Koerner Furniture several years ago. It started having a minor issue that required repair. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone sent a service rep to my home at no charge to see what the problem was. The technician he sent, John, was great. Profession, knowledgeable, and very polite. He had the part he needed with him and it only took him about 15 minutes to fix my chair. It is like new again. Thanks John for the excellent job!!

We purchased some new furniture yesterday. We haven’t got it delivered yet but I was so happy with their selection and service. Marylyn helped us pick out our furniture. She was so fun and friendly. She listened to what we were wanting and cared so much about us being happy. She is an interior decorator, so she was so helpful picking out the perfect set. I can’t wait to go back to finish decorating the rest of my house with her help. Thank you!!

I'm giving them a 5 star because of the great customer service we received from Jordan. He was so patient with us in choosing the right bed. We were definitely indecisive and he patiently worked with us to ensure we got the right fit for our sleep. He didn't push anything on us and we really appreciated that. Michael also helped work through our purchase. They definitely looked out for us. Ask for Michael-Jordan the dream team to help you out when you go! You will be taken care of that I know. We are finally sleeping great!

I recently purchased two La-Z-Boy loveseat recliners, a rocker recliner and an entertainment console on 8-29-20 to furnish an apartment here in Coeur d Alene. My knowledge and fondness of their furniture goes back many years in Arizona where my main home is. I want to send a shout out to Katie Wood. Purchased a sit to stand recliner. Jordan was the sales person. He was so helpful and polite. Made shopping at Koerners Furniture a very pleasant experience. Great follow up. Checked to see how everything went with delivery and if I was satisfied.
