After having a bad experience at the post falls location, I went in and Becca I believe helped us completely and was extremely satisfied. She offered different deals, and was super friendly.
Popped in yesterday afternoon to replace my daughter’s phone, which had a badly cracked screen and a failing SIM card. Brooke hooked us up with every possible discount and gave us great advice on which phone to choose. My daughter is over the moon and I was so impressed with Brooke’s professionalism and advice. Have never had such a pleasant experience buying a new phone! Brava, Brooke!
