Scott Freeman has given some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I called looking for a specific phone, after I had been trying to get it online for two weeks and was frustrated, he made sure he had it and had it ready when I got there. He got it all set up for me, quick and painless process. He has even continued to assist me every time I’ve had problems with the phone(apparently an Apple thing). As long as I don’t have to, I’ll never go to anyone else!
Denise was very wonderful during the duration of the 3 days it took to get all our phone setup a 2 Google pixel phones and 1 iPhone 10nEtc. My only problem is some of the misinformation which was only verbal and was cleared up. Denise is absolutely wonderful , patient and very kind.. Also there were other staff members and managers that set the bar high for good customer service at this authorized location. I will continue to go to the Verizon store at this location for all my needs appreciate you all your doing a great job. So far best service yet. Out of 5 companies. Love love the Google pixel phone there's so much to learn and will be my phone for at least two years. Bought phone case and also got liquid glass which also comes with a life time warranty worth it . insurance $15 may vary!! ud83eudd70Worth it.. just in case I do a cart wheel ud83eudd38ud83eudd38 lol. I went into your store last Friday to buy an iphone 11 outright. The store manager told me that she would be able to sell me the phone however I would have to pay an extra $100 in order for her to do so?! I went to the Verizon corporate store 540 W Prairie Ave Ste 108, Coeur d'Alene and they had the phone I wanted in stock and I did not have to pay any extra. I got the phone for $599 + tax (as advertised on verizonwireless.com) what bothered me most about your store was not the fact that you were trying to up the price on the phone (perhaps the sales reps don't get commission) it is the fact that the store manager offered no solutions for me or help in referring me to the corporate location. Horrible customer service on her part. Had she taken the time I would reconsider being your customer. I will never go to your store again. I will never recommend your store to anyone and I will always take my business to the corporate location on Prairie Ave and recommend that Verizon store to my friends and family.
I went in to buy a new phone and get help with my other phone to set it up. The girls that helped me was Brittney and Jade. They were absolutely wonderful. They team worked and figured out what was going on with my phone. They were Very polite and extremely helpful. I had the worst experience when I went yo Verizon store in Kohls parking lot in Hayden Idaho. They make a sale then they dont help you when you ask for help. They brush you off and are extremely rude. So, if you want excellent care and professional personal service I would recommend Verizon on Apple Way in Coeur d Alene Idaho . Don't forget to ask for Brittney or Jade!
