Walmart Pharmacy

Techs and pharmacists are always helpful and polite. Wait time really isn't that bad!

I called with some questions about my medication and the side effects and Jace was so very extreamly helpful. I was really blown away by his customer service. And there's another girl there.. I forget her name but shes always working every time I go in and shes absolutly wonderful as well! I saw an older gentlemen basically scream at her during the covid pandemic where everybody is over stressed and she handled it so professionally! He left in a better mood than he came in because of her great attitude!! I sure hope the pharmacy techs read this review so they know how appreciated they are! They do great work here! Theyre friendly as all get out and my medications are filled quickly.. The same day even when i neglected to call them in in a timely manner. Thank you for all your help! You guys are awesome.

Use to go to the Post Falls Walmart by pharmacy. I always had to wait and wait usually 1 to 2 hours so I switched. Recently switched to the Hayden Idaho and same problem. Yesterday they told me their machine for insurance cards wasn't working so come back. Today it's another issue so I will never go back. Thank God the store isn't like this but the pharmacy needs more help or training but it's not worth all the time to me.

Went in to return a set of dvds because they wouldn’t play and this stupid woman starts laughing at me. I will take my money elsewhere from now on and I’ll be filing a complaint against her.

I went in with my dad's prescription to be filled so after I went to get him and got back hopefully they would be filled. I was treated rudely right off the beget go.then came back about 10 minutes after the time they said they would be doneandthey weren't and again they where very rude.I m still waiting while my dad sits in the car 1 hour after I was told they would be done and still havent ben called. Mistake coming here.Will be talking with a supervisor.
