Basically only go for Amazon returns. The staff that take the returns are friendly and helpful and the process is always quick and easy. Only complaint is the 25% off coupon they give you exempts almost everything you might want to buy in the store. It would be more worthwhile to have a 5-10% off anything coupon if they want to drive business. They had a Kohl’s cash coupon before that applied to everything that was also nice.

I went into your store and noticed that all cashiers have to wipe down surfaces, which I totally get. But instead of using a rag they were using paper towels. I feel it is irresponsible for the planet to be using that many paper towels a day. Your company probably goes through at least 200 trees nation wide a day. Something to think about. It’s good to keep everyone healthy and safe, I appreciate that. But if our planet has no trees, that will be an even larger issue.nnI know this is a corporate fail, not this specific location’s. So sorry for the low rating.nnBesides that all cashiers were super sweet and helpful.

Recently purchased an item from Amazon that I wanted to return. Was told I could just bring it to Kohl's, so I did.nnThe staff was friendly, they have a section set up just for Amazon Returns, just had to show the QR Code, took less than 5 minutes. They even gave me a 25% off coupon, along with the receipt for the return.nnThis is the new norm for returns for me! Very cool... ud83dudc4d

Really love this location! I always do my Amazon returns here! They make it so easy for you. They will re pack and label everything for you, not to mention you get a coupon for 25% off to use in the store! Always very polite staff and also has to be one of the most hygienic facilities I've been in and seen since this covid-19 pandemic!! I am a customer for life.

Excellent experience. They are returning a defective dvd player to Amazon at no charge. And gave me a 25% coupon and l got a beautiful watch at a very reasonable price! Will shop there again soon.
