I have cancer that has blew out my L3 and L4 in my spine, and has caused lesions in my shoulder and head 3 rounds of radiation and a round of chemo.nnThis place has not only helped me physically in feeling for my body in healing but, emotionally, and mentally.nThis place saved me.nnCancer doesn't stop once you have it, it's always lingering in the back of your mind, it seems to strip the foundation of what you were living your life by.nnElevate has allowed the opportunity to strip that fear, and taking the fear away from the unknown, provides a light in the darkest cave. I have another abnormality that appeared. I am scared yes but I am grateful that I will have this facility as well as the amazing people to help me take this on.nnTruly blessed for EVERYTHING you people do thanks! ud83dude4fud83cudffd

Anyone out there feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed? That’s me everyday! ud83dude06 But yesterday I tried FLOAT THERAPY for the first time and it was the most relaxing thing I have ever done! It’s in a epson salt bath-cacoon, 60 min session; you float like a cork. ud83dude04 Ever muscle in my body relaxed and I was able to melt all the tension out of my body. I felt like jello all afternoon and evening, slept like a baby! ud83dude34 I’m even breathing easier because my diaphragm and all the muscles around my lungs are relaxed. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to release stress and tension from their body. I bought an “Escape Pass” from Elevate Mind & Body Studio here in Nampa and it basically lets you try 1 of almost all of their services, including the float. I‘ve enjoyed the relaxing feeling from everything I’ve tried at the studio so far, and I’m seriously considering getting a membership.nThe studio is super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The staff have all been very kind and patient. Just an overall gorgeous studio with a very relaxing atmosphere!

I really enjoy this place. Great way to take care of your self and treat yourself all at once. The brio massage chair is my absolute favorite and I also like the cocoon.

1. This 4.4 looks like friends justspammed the website and facebook with good reviews so I suggest you look at the google reviews. 2. Right now as an essential worker you would think they treat other workers with some respect. Any time I go there with a nice friendly smile to just be met with shortness and not even be thanked or compensated adequately for my service.

I loved the wellness cocoon. The staff was incredibly helpful without being high pressure. I can't recommend them enough!
