Big Idaho Storage is BY FAR the best storage facility I have ever done business with. First off their staff is top notch. from the moment I got there I was met with kindness and professionalism. You just know people appreciate you when they are willing to go an extra mile for you. I appreciated that.nnThe facility is large enough for an 18 wheel semi truck to navigate through without issue (as long as you coordite with staff before hand it's really easy.) The storage units are clean and spacious. I needed storage for a whole house worth of stuff and it was easily accommodated in their largest unit.nnBig Idaho Storage was centrally located for me and their prices seem reasonable. So far, I am very happy with their service and was pleased to see that they are currently expanding.

I'm in the process of relocating from a small city to a larger City in Idaho and my new house is not available yet.nnI needed a Storage Facility that i could Trust with my possessions. AND I required MOVING SUPPLIES to prepare. for my move - (boxes/ all sizes, tape, packing materials, dish packs , mattress covers etc etc..)nnBIG Storage provided exactly what I requirennBig Storage is clean and easily accessible.nThere is a great and helpful staff.nAND an Amazing myriad of MOVING SUPPLIES.nnBig Storage alleviated a lot of the moving process stress factors for mennThanking you Big Storage Nampa Idaho

Rebecca and team at Big Storage are truly amazing! When moving from out of state they helped us immediately when the facility we chose was not what we expected! We feel safe and secure knowing our it’s are being stored at their facility. Rates and overall customer service is awesome!

Rebecca was thee best! Super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! We HIGHLY recommend BIG Storage, the facility is immaculate and very secure! Super close to the 84. Best of all, great prices! And, we were able to rent a Uhaul at the same time for our big move! ud83dude0d

Where do I begin? I have NEVER had ONE issue in the 3 yrs that I had been renting from Big storage. seriously NOT one! Everyone has always been so nice to me, the units are very nice, clean, and I have NEVER EVER had a pest issue with mice or bugs while storing my new furnishing here. I am so so sad to have to leave, as I really love renting from Big storage, but due to current finances I am forced to have to find a new storage facilityud83dude2dud83dude2d not that big storage prices are crazy or unrealistic by any means, just finances in my own personal life. I even emailed management letting them know my situation, Rebecca reached out to me and even offered to give me a discount, she was so friendly, understanding and pleasant! unfortunately I had to decline due to finding a storage facility that was closer to my residence as well as a facility with a price I knew I could currently afford. Thank you BIG storage and the wonderful staff who work here, I will definitely recommend you to family and friends! And I will definitely miss having you as my storage facility ❤
