Most things are expensive but other than that it's great they have nice deals and everthing
Beautiful store. Very clean. Well stocked. Good job of following CDC guidelines on covid19. Multiple entry and exit points. The mall it's in is otherwise mediocre for the most part.
Horrible experience!! I had security call on my Fiancé, mother, and I for the crime of shopping while black. I went to buy a suit for my wedding, and was looking at various difference suits until I realized I need assistance. I went to the customer service desk to ask for help and the lady literally said “no” at first then said “yes” just to get me to go away. I told my mother and she went over to the service desk to ask as well. She was met with the same response. 10 min go by with no help from and workers and we came to the realization that we were on our own. Then we noticed security was called our area, and that a plain cloths security guard was following us as if we were going to steal. It’s flabbergasting, that they were able to send security to watch over us as if we were criminals faster then just giving us 5 mins of customer service that we waited about an hour for. After that, I decided I was not going to giving this store my business, and that misjudgment from the store made them lose thousands in sales. Moral of the story is if your are young black with sweats and tennis shoes you may be discriminated against in this store the same way I was. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN
Didn't like the fact that I couldn't use my birthday coupon because of black Friday all November, Macy's for the overall is pretty good back stage bargains
Macy's was very disappointing, very little inventory. Was once the best store to shop in, now I would not even recommend it.
