Denver Mattress

My Husband and I were looking for a new mattress and set up when we went to Denver Mattress. We had no idea what we wanted. We walked into the Nampa store about 20 minutes before they closed and were met by the most professional salesman! We expected to be blown off do to our timing. Ashton our salesman was very very very kind and helpful. With in a few minutes of listening to us he knew what we needed and had us look at a Denver Mattress he thought me might like based on what we told him. It was a perfect match for both my husband and I. We tried other mattresses after the one he first showed us non were what we wanted. I was amazed that in such a short time he knew what we wanted! Wonderful customer service! Just to make sure we weren’t missing something we went to another store. The salesman wouldn’t let us get a word in and was unprofessional when he said negative things about other matters stores including Denver Mattress. We both felt that spoke clearly to his customer service skills not even comparable to the wonderful service we received from Ashton! I hope he gets bonuses he went above and beyond. We are now customers for life and will be sending ALL or friends and family to the store and HIGHLY recommend Ashton! Thank you Denver Mattress and Ashton for being so wonderful!

My only complaint is the wait time for delivery. Otherwise everything was rather pleasant.

Reggie was excellent! He was wearing a mask, which was appreciated & he greeted us warmly when we walked in. We had stopped at Mattress Firm first & they were not wearing masks, nor did they seem interested in us being there. Reggie gave us all kinds of information about the various mattresses. We tried several & made an informed decision! A plus for Denver Mattress!!

I was lucky enough to get Ashton to work with. He’s fantastic. He was 100% upfront with all pricing, warranty and delivery options. He understood my unique sleeping position and helped hone me into the best mattresses that will provide me with the most comfort and support. 10/10 (5/5 for google) I’d recommend Ashton to anyone searching for a mattress wether you decide to buy from them or not.

Alex, the definition of a good salesperson. Exhibited patience, and very attentive to the line items on our bill, oh that guy can make and take a joke or two! Thank you very much for the new bed Alex, I’ll be back 100%.
