Mor Furniture for Less

We just purchased a wonderful new sofa and love seat. Such a great experience!! We were greeted by Bob, given some information about the store layout and then, thankfully, left on our own to shop. Bob appeared every time we had questions and was never overbearing. The sales process went smoothly, with no pressure to add on anything extra. This was our first purchase at Mor Furniture, but it won’t be our last. Thanks, Bob, for a fantastic experience!

I love More Furniture and the sales people. I always have fun deciding what I want. It was the same this time. Steve was a wonderful person. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I narrowed it down to two pieces of furniture. Need more time to decide and when I do, I will make sure to go back to Steve. Thank you so much Steve!

I am always impressed by the good selection and value at Mor but I was disappointed in the Nampa store because there was zero effort on masks. There were no signs on the door requiring or requesting customers wear masks and no employees were wearing masks. When I asked the sales person if he would mind wearing a mask, he declined and just said he would stand 6 feet away. Nice enough guy and he helped me find what I needed (he even helped load the recliner into my truck). Just wish he could have accommodated my simple request. What makes this odd is that the Boise Mor store is completely opposite... signs on doors requiring masks, separate entrances and exits, 100% of staff wearing masks. Why the two different policies when the stores are 20 miles apart? Different owners? If I was not in a real bind on needing the particular kind of recliner Mor had, I would have left. Unfortunately, the Boise store did not have what I needed or I would have purchased there. I'll continue to be a customer of Mor but would encourage those that think masks are important to shop in Boise.

Mor was our last stop. We had been to several places but hadn't found anything we liked. We walked in and were helped promptly by a courteous salesman, Steve Castle. We found what we needed and liked and were done in 10 minutes. That was easy!

Mike was fantastic. Didn't push us or try and persuade our decision in any way. Gave us space to find something we really liked. The prices are great. Can't wait for our couches to arrive! Thanks again. We will return for future purchases
