By far the best experience I have had with a cell phone company! I had already been to the Sprint website and done my research and found the phone and plan I wanted that also had perks included, I had two other questions that I was going to ask them that involved two other deals. When I arrived at the store I told Steven about the deal I had found online and wanted to know more about it. He immediately was super friendly and told me everything I wanted to know and before I could even ask him my other two questions that were important to me he had already answered them and told me about other perks that I did not know about!!! I mean talk about customer service and already knowing what the customer may or may not want but still letting them know about everything. So I needed two phones but they only had one in stock but that was not a problem for Steven! He immediately found out from another store that they had another phone stock and was willing to go and get it himself!! Above and beyond customer service if you ask me!! The two other gentlemen that work there (so sorry I forgot your names!) were very amazing as well. Great customer service skills easy to talk to also telling me about other deals I didn't know about and I appreciated that. Everything about the plan, the phone and the deals were explained to me in detail I never once felt like they were trying to throw the wool over my eyes and get more money out of me they told me the ins-and-outs of everything and I was very comfortable with that and very appreciative of time they spent with me. Thank you guys so much for making this a way better experience then the other phone company!! YOU ALL ROCK!

Had to stand for 1.5 hours before a second store clerk showed up. No chairs even for disabled. Clerk was rude when finally helping.

Professional service, friendly sales people. A little slow.

Customer service? I ordered a phone and new plan... They signed me up and didn't have a phone in stock. I had to wait a week and a half. Then, I called to see the status? They returned the phone.... A Nightmare in the day. ReallynWhat customer service.

I was completely brushed off and told to call customer service. Customer service told me I should have been able to take care of my issue in store. Save yourself time and go to a different location.
