O'Reilly Auto Parts

Went in asking for a battery test. Tom helped me out and even replaced a part for me. He was very friendly and had me safely on my way in about 20 minutes.

Both employees I dealt with were super friendly and I'll definitely be back great place

Sick and tired of this store! I spend a lot of money on a regular basis at O'Reilly's on Idaho Center Blvd and other stores. The manager shrugs off their (his) mistakes as if it's no big deal. I'm done with O'Reilly's! Some current examples of the issues..nI order an engine gasket set for a job, Valley pan was correct but the gasket set was for an entirely different engine and delays the job for over a week. Ordered a carburetor and it has none of the accessory's with it, was pulled from another store and apparently was a display and was incomplete. Inspect your parts when they come in! Delayed job over a week. Ordered a distributor for a job and after having a discussion with Matt on the one I needed I end up getting the one he thought I needed, wrong again and job is delayed. Starter ordered for a job, was supposed to be a new one and I get a remanufactured starter, delayed job. I've ordered parts and prepaid and when I come in to pick up the parts they seem to have no knowledge that they are prepaid parts so we have to go through my order history to find the information. It's an irritation and probably should be a minor thing but coupled with the rest of the B.S. it's just gotten to be too much. These are issues just in the last 60 days from the date of this post. I've been dealing with this store for far too long and should have quit before I got to the point of leaving a review. I've never left a review of a company or business but I've absolutely had it with this store and O'Reilly's !

Tom was awesome!! Checked my battery to be sure it was problem vs. the alternator... bought the battery and he installed it!! I didnt expect that extra service. Wonderful!! Thank you so much!!

We had an engine light come on during a road trip. Went straight to O'Reilly to use a scope and find out what was going on. They helped us understand what was wrong, looked up parts, printed a diagram of where those parts are on the engine, and gave good advice. We made repairs and were on the road in an hour.
