Needed a phone upgrade the wait was a little long but only by my own error and on an extremely busy day. I had the pleasure of having everything taken care of by Ryan. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable even helping his fellow coworkers while helping me. Would recommend this retailer over any other verizon store near it.

Service is great. Only complaint is the phone system... I could not get through to the store I wanted to talk to because they’re all connected. And salespeople were often less than helpful when I got through to the wrong store... not great for a phone company to have such a bad phone system.

Alan answered all my questions. He helped me with settings on my phone. Explained what all I was being billed for. He knows his stuff. When I need help again, I will ask for him! Thank You
