T-Mobile

Derek was training Cesar while helping us, and both went above and beyond to make sure we got the absolute best service. Derek was able to tell us about several services we had absolutely no clue about that would have saved us hours of headache previously, and made sure we left with all info we needed - plus everything to get on Tmobile Live TV service! I HIGHLY recommend this location as I've been here before with zero issues, but this time especially stood out. Derek absolutely is the guy to ask for and go to for ANY issue - he's now my only go to guy at Tmobile. Thank you!!

After 20 years with another carrier I wanted to change...I came into T Mobile, a little nervous as I wasn't familiar, but Amanda greeted me and helped me transition smoothly! There was a lot involved with disconnecting me from one carrier to here...but she kept focused and with a smile stayed on it all till everything was complete. I wanted a flip phone with email...she suggested a flip phone with the Joy Tab...but I needed to see. The next day I was back for the Joy Tab! Syndy helped me and was very helpful! I only got 2 GB but found out unlimited - as suggested - was best. Again, the service was incredible! I called the other day and Erik helped me over the phone. I couldn't be happier! I have made several changes and they were always kind to accommodate me. Glad I chose T Mobile!

There was 3 assistants inside the store, none of which were knowledge. Two of them were exceptionally rude, the manager or claimed manager attempted to charge me for several things and then didn't want to help me when I showed him why none of that made sense and then just left without helping. The other made a call and didn't know what to ask and all he could tell me is that he wasn't sure and I need to call the help desk. Not to mention the store was dirty. I will not stay with them and will not consider them in the future. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The store manager of T-Mobile, Brian, went above and beyond to assist me with switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. He not only knew exactly how to resolve any issues at hand, he was also professional and made the process very quick and simple.

There are a couple awesome employees, but if I don't get then I always end up with a problem and have to have customer care fix it.
