Absolute WORST customer service of all the stores. So not interested in helping and the arrogance is unbelievable. The girl thought she was so smart and was so smug it was unbelievablenI’ll never go back

I had a great experience here on Friday night. Alma and Estefani were super friendly, funny, and they were a huge help to my husband and me. Even though we had a ridiculous issue with one of our numbers not transferring over and we stayed way past closing time, they were upbeat and continued trying to fix the situation. I highly recommend this store, especially if you get one of these two ladies! They had an awesome deal going where we got 2 new phones for free!! (You do have to pay for the monthly service and taxes up front.)nOn a side note for the mobile service we receive: so far it has worked wonderfully. Places our At&t phones used to cut out at, work with the Metro by T-Mobile lines. Internet speeds are also faster.

Holy Cow.. what a waste of my time. Hour and a half once I picked out my phone, 7 customers in the store 3 sales people, but one leaves to go get a phone from another store because they were out. That took an hour. When he got back, and he was the manager the customer he went to get the phone for left, one other customer service person screwed up on porting over the customers number by entering the wrong number and had to start the transaction over. All 3 sales people were now working on this one customers issue. That customer was still there when I left. Horrible experiance.

Nicole was super helpful and sweet! She explained all of my options and is very knowledgeable about the phones! She answered all my questions and anazing!!

Sat for 30 minutes as 2 employees helped a single customer, and another employee sat in the back room doing nothing. Wanted to switch over from Verizon, but even Verizon has better customer service than this.
