This place is great! I am a first time renter, and Hugo and Thai delivered for me. They provided me with the utmost knowledge and were very kind and accommodating! The quality of the couch I purchased was very high quality and the service is the same. I recommend if you are looking to rent or even buy any home appliance to go through them. My whole experience was a good one! The person answering the phone (I wish I had her name) was very polite, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciate that even after I called her twice she was very patient as well and still always remained professional and nice. Ty and Hugo just made the experience even better they came in they installed it quickly, they were polite and they gave me a whole demonstration of my washer and dryer. Answered all my questions! They were also very friendly! very very great staff in Nampa! We live in Meridian and chose to go with the Nampa location because you guys have always treated us well thanks guys!

Jeremiah and Thai were amazing. My fridge went out today when I got home. Not only did they get me a fridge today, they stayed an hour late to switch the doors around to open the other way for my house. They are absolutely the best hands down.
