I was not happy with the person working using their phone charger to insert into my phone himself and then Wigglesd it on the charger area totally unprofessional they could have just handed to me and I would have slipped it in because I've had a very good phone nothing wrong with it and then doing that is a big error in my sight because it ruins the charging insert area ( to not allow a nice tight connection) you don't wiggle them after you put them in it's like a rule of thumb this was a young anxious cashier person doing this when I came in to have a couple of photos made next time I will stop them and let, allow me to do it myself sorry I entrusted him too act like a professional with my electronic device. Otherwise the service was satisfactory once the training assist mgr. Finished helping me. The young fella was trying to help me but at my expense of a pricy New cell phone. He should have paged the photo. Service person instead of doing that w/ O supervision. Thank you...but it was a SCARRY experience.
