Sears Hometown Store

As usual i received excellent service today. Knowledgable and friendly employees who are never too busy to answer my questions. Sears is the best kept secret in retail.

Needed a replacement filter for our refrigerator. And for the wrong part number and when we explained that it didn’t look right, the clerk looked up and retrieved the correct part for us! Great service.

Kids working with absolutely no clue, no dress code, no product knowledge. Guessing closure soon with a blame on covid. Very irresponsible to the business.

Fair prices for appliances. Courteous customer service.

We explained upon entering that we were window shopping for our new house. The man who greeted us politely explained to me that they do not sell windows, but we are welcome to look around. Also the prices were not fantastic.
